Count up until activity is marked as complete (track actual duration)#344

Sometimes things take longer than planned. Instead of just moving on the the next task, begin counting “time over.” Show this time on screen until activity is actually parked as complete.

(This is something the Routinely app does that is incredibly helpful.)
