Calculate "travel time" for scheduled events with a location so I know when I should leave#670

It’s great that appointments only my calendar get pulled in but I often end up late because they don’t account for travelling time.

Wish there was a way to work this in, maybe automate based on the location or append to existing tasks that require travel/prep time
