This is an awesome idea. It’s what I love about calendar apps, and I’d definitely like to see it implemented as a view (which can be set to the default view) so that the sort of “task view” that’s currently available can be used too.

Do we know how likely this is to be implemented in the future? It’s the one thing missing that would make Tiimo perfect for me!

Being able to set reoccurring visual routines has truely changed my life in regards to my ability to manage day to day life, but with the blocks as they are, it’s hard to see where there are gaps in my schedule. The current view works great in the moment as a way for me to to ‘see time’ on a daily schedule, but being able to see the same in a ‘calendar’ timeline format would help me immensely with being able to see time on a weekly basis: I could then see where all of my self care routines fall and visualize what time is available for me to do my work or to schedule enjoyable activities.

What I do now is block everything in a calendar app and then use that to figure out when to schedule my work, but being able to eliminated that step would be 🎉

Merged Calendar view please#421

Adding my voice to this request (Android user). I think Tiimo could become my absolute go-to tool to relieve my executive dysfunction if I could see where routines and activities go in a day, where there’s open space, and where I’m trying to do too much in not enough time. As it is, Tiimo is useful during the day to go from one activity to the next, but setting it up every day is a lot of work because I have to block time in a different app/medium where I can visualize it better and then transfer that schedule to Tiimo.

Arranging the activities/routines on a daily calendar view with the ability to drag and drop activities to change their starting times directly in Tiimo would fix the biggest issue I have with the app at the moment.

Saskia: Yes exactly! I really like the way you can build routines in the app and haven’t found anything else that comes close to helping me manage my time expectations in the same way (and it’s safe to say I’ve tried basically everything lol), but having to change times manually to move things and having to plot things out in a different app to see where there are gaps is time consuming and tedious. Being able to see the whole week at once and drag and drop things (like one would do in google calendar) would be a dream.

Visual spacing between planned activities like in a calendar view is essential for me to continue using this app. I can’t sense time very well, and having to scroll through unplanned and planned tasks to figure out what’s next and what I have time for has become difficult. Once I figure it out, the “right now” function is amazing. Would love a calendar view plus something in the right now view that tells me how much time until the next planned task with a way to get to unplanned tasks from that view. Even better if it suggested things that fit in the time gap, I.e. “you have 30 minutes until your next activity” with all of my < 30 min unplanned tasks suggested as “do next”

I’ve definitely made this suggestion in another thread before. Begging for this - I can’t use Tiimo as my default planner because ‘time’ doesn’t make any sense to me without the visual representation of time that the Google/ Apple calendars have. The list, with how much time there is until the next activity, means nothing to me; it just gets boggled up in my brain. I know the list is better for some people, but having different view options would be great.

The checklists and routines are really useful functions in Tiimo that would solve many of my problems. Unfortunately, I can’t use any of them because I have to do all of my planning on GCal and import it, and imported events have limited functionality in Tiimo. I know I can unlink them and add features, but it adds a lot of steps, and I don’t have the time to do that for every event.

If I could use Tiimo as my main time planning app, I’d be able to use its full functionality, but without a visual representation of time, I can’t make sense of it, and since Tiimo doesn’t have that, I can’t plan in it. Right now, I only use Tiimo for the visual representation of how much time is left until/ on a task, but it would be a lifesaver if I could use all of the features.

At the moment, I have issues with planning that I’m trying to sort out - Tiimo has the features I’m looking for, but because I can’t use it as my primary planning app, I can’t use them. Pleeeeeeeeeeaaaase can we get a visual, time-blockable calendar akin to the model GCal and Apple calendar use?

This is listed as a ADHD-friendly app but it really can’t work for me if I can’t visually see that I have two things scheduled at once. We also need to be able to separate ‘blocking’ and ‘non-blocking’ activities

This is one crucial function I’m missing in this wonderful app. It’s really important to compensate for my lack of sense of time to see the different lenths of each event/task. Same for free time. Currently I can’t get an idea of how packed my day is. Thank you for taking into consideration for umpcoming improvements
