I really like the ongoing task timers but it would be great if there can be a disbutton or the option to mark an appointment as free time or FYI only.
For example, I want to have an event in for work but this is just for FYI and location purposes vs a specific task which I need to complete. When this runs alongside any other tasks or events, this is an 8 hour entry and take priority wihtin the calendar rules even tho i don’t need to do anything with it. It makes it harder to see the task i should be working on.
Even the option to downgrade / upgrade prioty order of appointments in the calendar would be great.
