Scheduled Tasks Should Stay in the To-Do List Until Completed#4486

?

Right now, when you schedule a task from your to-do list, it disappears from the list, which doesn’t make sense.

Instead, scheduling a task should simply add it to your calendar while keeping it visible in your to-do list with a clear indication that it’s scheduled (for example, showing the scheduled date and time or a “Scheduled” label).

Only after the task is marked as complete (either from the calendar or the to dos - these should be synced) should it disappear from the to-do list automatically.

Also subtasks really need to be able to be scheduled independently from the parent task - it literally makes no sense that you can’t schedule a subtask individually without it scheduling everything in the parent project… most likely you are not finishing every subtask in a project at the same time…please fix this!

You should ‘tag’ a subtask in the calendar with the parent project name, so that you know what project it applies to but are still able to schedule each subtask within the project independently from each other (because most likely you are completing each subtask not all at once and need to be able to schedule them seperately)

Yes!! Need to be able to keep track of whats been scheduled and for when, otherwise what’s the point. Hate that it just dissapears from the to do it makes it confusing and have to go back and forth
