I would love the option to display calendar appointments above tasks. Personally, appointments are my highest priority because they’re fixed in time, and missing one can have significant consequences, whereas a task can usually be rescheduled.
At the moment, appointments appear below my task list, which means they can easily get pushed out of view. For example, an 08:00 appointment isn’t much use as a reminder if I don’t see it until I’ve worked through my morning tasks!
Perhaps this could be a user preference (e.g. Appointments First or Tasks First), as different people naturally organise their day in different ways. For me, having appointments displayed prominently at the top would make the app much more effective and greatly reduce the risk of missing important commitments.
I’m really enjoying using the app overall—this is one of the few things that feels like a missed opportunity. I hope you’ll consider adding it.
