I love Tiimo’s drag-and-drop scheduling workflow. One feature that would make planning much easier would be an optional “All Unscheduled Tasks” view.
I organize my life into separate lists (for example, Work and Personal), but once tasks are divided between lists, I have to open each one individually to decide what to schedule.
An aggregated view of every unscheduled task—while preserving each task’s original list—would make weekly and daily planning much smoother.
My ideal workflow:
This would create a natural planning stage between capturing tasks and scheduling them, without changing Tiimo’s existing workflow.
