Bug: Tiimo AI does not consistently create tasks on the web app#4442

Tiimo AI does not consistently create tasks when I ask it to do so on the web app.

Sometimes, after I request a new task, the AI responds but does not actually create the task. I have to repeat the request a second time before the task is created.

The Approve button is also unreliable. Sometimes clicking it works, but other times nothing happens.

Please investigate the task creation and approval process on the web app, as this makes the AI assistant feel inconsistent and unreliable.
