Undo delete, recycle bin or confirmation prompt#4423

It is too easy to accidentally delete a task and no way to get it back. There are several ways this could be helped:

1. Have an undo button
2. Have a recycle bin
3. Have a confirmation prompt (Are you sure you want to delete?)
