My biggest issue is with the Apple Watch. It is missing a lot of features and as you know, neurodivergent people, especially with ADHD get distracted easily, which is why it’s best to stay away from using iPhone as much as possible since it’s a time suck. Which is why most ADHD people prefer to rely on just using the Apple Watch instead of the iPhone.
But the Apple Watch app has a ton of missing features like basic task adjustments. When clicking a task on the watch, the only options available are “Start” and “Complete.” We need the ability to edit and reschedule tasks on the fly from our wrists to match the essential functionality that is already available on the iPhone app.
