It would be great to develop more activities and routines suggestions. Due to my ADHD, I am not used to organize tasks, it is even more difficult to create and name them. I feel unsure about the best way to describe and find a chronological order. I waste a lot of time in creation process and it makes me feel confuse and incapable..
Hi Sophie! Thanks so much for this suggestion. We are currently working on a whole heap (like 120 or so) of premade activities, including some from our favourite content creators. But I just wanted to ask if there were any particular ones that you would be after and I can add to my list. Feel free to just braindump below!

It would be really cool if you could view other people’s Tiimos (similar to how you can view other peoples Owaves in the ‘My Mai’ part of Owaves)
Last year I noticed that you added some Holiday preparation activities. I loved that! Will these return? We’re already midway through November and I’m starting to think it would be very beneficial with some premade activities to remind myself of what needs to be done.

Thank you so much for considering my opinion. I’m so glad to see that it could help other people (thanks to the work of the Tiimo team !)
I have ADHD from childhood until today (22 years old). I was followed by many specialists in Switzerland and abroad, and today I think I have experienced most of the problems usually related to ADHD on a daily basis. Over time I have developed methods to improve the main symptoms. In particular the dimensions of planning, organization and time management, which generally represent a big challenge for us.
Unfortunately, I no longer have a Tiimo subscription. I think I will subscribe again when I can. However, I would be happy to help you develop specific ADHD routines. I would have some suggestions and I will be happy to give you my point of view if it can be useful to the ADHD community. It would be interesting to offer a complete help for the daily life, as well as for the students (I am a student myself and many people do not make it because they do not find any platform offering a real guide based on ADHD) Our needs are totally different!

I’ve noticed that there is an activity for things to remember when it’s warm, but would love to have a similar premade activity for things to remember when it’s cold outside as well.
Some premade activities seems to be missing from the last time the app updated. Could you reconsider adding them or some new version of them again?

Skincare / Hudpleie (could also be wash face / vask ansiktet)

Self care (or self regulation) / Egenpleie eller selvregulering
Yoga: there’s only one premade activity for evening yoga, but yoga is also done by many in the mornings and midday, so adding options for morning yoga or a plain yoga activity would be nice
