Hi I was offered 50%off my renewal from Tumi in email last year due to problems Id experienced with the app. I’ve emailed several times and not had a response. It’s now renewed but not at 50% off. Is the customer service email working? it’s really stressed me out not having a response! Thanks.
They never replie to this type of question or problem. I also email them last month and they never responded. You can report it to Apple
