I like Tiimo’s preset colors for personal tasks, but in my work profile I rely on a broader set of custom colors to quickly distinguish between task types (e.g., social media, client work, email). The issue is that the palette only retains the last five custom colors used. Once I exceed that, I can’t easily access or reuse previously assigned shades, which negates the effectiveness of my color-coding system.
A saved palette feature would solve this by letting users create and name sets of custom colors for different contexts, such as work or personal use, and quickly select from them without having to manually recreate shades each time. I attached a (very) rough mockup to show the general idea of how this could look in the color selection menu.
