The ability to rearrange tasks without a specific time in their time of day bucket#4195

If i try and rearrange something that i dont have scheduled for a specific time within the buckets of afternoon, morning etc. it assigns the task a time. I want to be able to arrange these things without giving it a time. This could just be a bug on the desktop app
