Please tell me that you have training videos, or some kind of training on how to set things up and how Timo works.
I can’t make head nor tail of it. If it is supposed to be intuitive for younger people, it is NOT intuitive for older people who are used to standard systems, where you need to learn the logic of the programme.
Timo needs to provide training information on how to set it up and make it work to a subscriber’s advantage, not simply launch them into a complicated interface that is more confusing than anything - especially for a neurodiverse person.
If not, I would like my money back.
