Friendly names for links/markup in titles and descriptions of activities#163

I use lots of links (ex. for the shortcuts app) and it can get pretty unsightly without friendly names for the links. So, I would like to be able to give links friendly names (like the hyperlink function in Excel or the little implementation of markup syntax in Todoist). Getting this feature in both the titles and descriptions would be great.

Thank you for the feedback! It’s in our backlog to implement this.

All the best,

How hard would it be to get specific app links that we could just click on and it would open the desired app needed for that task or time block when clicked on.

Google drive sheets docs presentations
Map my run
Meditation apps like Medito or headspace or insight timer and calm

Kindle app or ebook apps

Sleep apps for setting bed time

Maybe food tracking apps like MyFitnessPal and cronometer.

It be nice to be able to insert those into a task/habit. Even if you just had a “insert link” option that also had a button to hit for a list of predetermined app links that could be inserted, it be nice, just make a google form for people who figure out other ones they might like to input , like come up with a bunch but don’t feel the need to hunt them all down.

This cuts down on a step so it be a nice feature.
