Is it possible to get the ability to be able to reuse “one-off” activities and tasks exactly as set?

As a substitute teacher, I was excited to try this app to organise my days, but the nature of my work means I can’t have a task set to repeat on set days/periods, but would have gladly pay for and continue using the app if I could just be able to set “School A” on the day I need it, and not have to edit the repeated information (addresses, contacts, bell times, etc) as currently it will place the task as a “At Any Time” task, without copying start/finish times and such.

Because of this, I cancelled my subscription during the free trial as it does not suit my needs.

Hi there,
I am not quite sure I understand your suggestion, would you elaborate a bit further?
What are your scheduling needs and when do they differ? (based on schools?)
And how would that ideally be implemented into the app? What would your use of tiimo look like, if everything was as you wish?

Thank you for reaching out - I hope to learn more about your use case!

Is it possible to make it easier to categorize personalized activities and routines by creating self-labeled folders to access for reuse?

I have some executive functioning difficulties with cooking/preparing meals and I read an article on how to utilize the app for timing the order & steps in food preparation- which I think is a great idea to build some meal plans. But I think if I were to build a routine for cooking a particular meal. I would like to be able to save them in like a meal plan folder.

I believe this would be able to have many other uses for many other users to differentiate and categorize their saved activity/ routines. Over having the long recently used activities list that scrolls on and is difficult to find if it was used a while ago.

(Maybe the tags could in someway be a shortcut to add them into folders when an activity/routine is newly made-not really necessary but just an idea)

Hi there,
We are working on a nnew and improved search/library function where you can search within your library using tags! At the moment, you can also use tags however they are not as well integrated and used. But - it’s coming! And we can’t wait to share it with you!

This way you can create a custom tag called ‘mealplanning’ for example, and then in the search/library you can see all the plans marked with the different tags.

We will also be seperating the ‘recently’ category, so you can find your recently added plans but you can also mark them as your favorite and thereby put them in a seperate ‘folder’.

So all in all - you have some great ideas, so great that we’re already working on it 🥳💓

About the Notes section:

  • ability to add subtasks
  • ability to indicate priority of a task
  • ability to add a timestamp/ deadline for a task

Having a dedicated section specifically for my non-date-specific tasks with these options would be of significant aid.
Currently, I’m relying on other apps, which adds unnecessary complexity to my workflow.

I would love a section separate from the planner, that is specifically used for brain dumps. Having the ability to create different subsections within it ie. Creative Dump, Business Dump, School Dump. Then have the ability to move any of those ideas to the planner section, when you are ready to tackle them or move it to a Future section or just delete if that idea is no longer needed.

Hi, I really want to move completed tasks to the bottom of the list. It would be great if you can put up a setting to let users choose whether they want to move those finished tasks to the button or hide them away. Thank you!

Please make editing a routine in the routines page and saving an edited routine as a new routine possible again.

Hi, I find the current process for setting task schedules to be cumbersome, as it requires manually inputting both start and end times for each task. It would significantly enhance user experience if you could introduce an automatic scheduling feature.

Additionally, an option to bulk reschedule tasks—either advancing or delaying them in case of unforeseen events—would be highly beneficial. Implementing drag-and-drop functionality for rearranging tasks would also be a great improvement, allowing users to more efficiently plan and prioritize their activities.

Thank you for considering these suggestions. I look forward to seeing these enhancements in future updates.

Would it be possible to make it so we can add locations to tasks or events? And also have the calendar sync work two ways like if I add a task in tiimo it would be put on my apple calendar?

Definitely would be great if I could back up a schedule routine or have it pause and start when I want/catch up to it. Right now if I pause it everything skips ahead to the correct task based on what time it is and I get go back and undo them !

I would love to be able to favorite activities and routines in the explore tab to come back to them and reuse them over and over.

Hi, not sure whether this has already been suggested - but would it be possible to have an option hide all day events from the ‘right now’ view and its corresponding app? I have a couple of weeks off work and it’s not helpful to have my ‘out of office’ synced from my work google calendar show up as the default on my right now screen when I have tonnes of things scheduled in Tiimo that I need to keep at the forefront of my mind. Unless there’s a way to delete synced all day tasks in Tiimo without having to take them out of my google calendar? Thanks 🙂
