Is it possible to get the ability to be able to reuse “one-off” activities and tasks exactly as set?

As a substitute teacher, I was excited to try this app to organise my days, but the nature of my work means I can’t have a task set to repeat on set days/periods, but would have gladly pay for and continue using the app if I could just be able to set “School A” on the day I need it, and not have to edit the repeated information (addresses, contacts, bell times, etc) as currently it will place the task as a “At Any Time” task, without copying start/finish times and such.

Because of this, I cancelled my subscription during the free trial as it does not suit my needs.

Hi there,
I am not quite sure I understand your suggestion, would you elaborate a bit further?
What are your scheduling needs and when do they differ? (based on schools?)
And how would that ideally be implemented into the app? What would your use of tiimo look like, if everything was as you wish?

Thank you for reaching out - I hope to learn more about your use case!

Is it possible to make it easier to categorize personalized activities and routines by creating self-labeled folders to access for reuse?

I have some executive functioning difficulties with cooking/preparing meals and I read an article on how to utilize the app for timing the order & steps in food preparation- which I think is a great idea to build some meal plans. But I think if I were to build a routine for cooking a particular meal. I would like to be able to save them in like a meal plan folder.

I believe this would be able to have many other uses for many other users to differentiate and categorize their saved activity/ routines. Over having the long recently used activities list that scrolls on and is difficult to find if it was used a while ago.

(Maybe the tags could in someway be a shortcut to add them into folders when an activity/routine is newly made-not really necessary but just an idea)

Hi there,
We are working on a nnew and improved search/library function where you can search within your library using tags! At the moment, you can also use tags however they are not as well integrated and used. But - it’s coming! And we can’t wait to share it with you!

This way you can create a custom tag called ‘mealplanning’ for example, and then in the search/library you can see all the plans marked with the different tags.

We will also be seperating the ‘recently’ category, so you can find your recently added plans but you can also mark them as your favorite and thereby put them in a seperate ‘folder’.

So all in all - you have some great ideas, so great that we’re already working on it 🥳💓

About the Notes section:

  • ability to add subtasks
  • ability to indicate priority of a task
  • ability to add a timestamp/ deadline for a task

Having a dedicated section specifically for my non-date-specific tasks with these options would be of significant aid.
Currently, I’m relying on other apps, which adds unnecessary complexity to my workflow.

Hello! I really love the routines especially for morning and evenings. I’d also love to have a section on the app for a habit tracker, a bit like on bullet journal, where I can add in the items I want to track each day or each week. Eg read a book this week, have gone out walking today, have taken my vitamins today, did journaling today, made some art this week. Like this: https://www.planningmindfully.com/habit-tracker/ to keep more on track of my daily activities!

It would be nice of I could easily “transfere” activitys between different account.
For ex. If I have an appoint with my child, I would only need to write the event in my own daily schedule and then afterward, send it to my childs profile. That way I won’t have to create two identical activities.

Hi team please give option of “Notifications off” or “Mute notifications” for specific activities only.

I have some placeholder activities with 0 minute durations like “Start work” (9am) and “Finish work”(5:30pm). I get bombarded with unnecessary notifications for these.

Option when creating or editing activity

Thanks!

I’d love a way to have a checklist within a note OR a way to have floating tasks/ projects that aren’t scheduled to any days

would love to see a full to-do list for the day even when it’s not assigned to a time on the lockscreen widget

Hi the new layout of Explore is highly confusing and distracting.

My understanding is that this app is meant to be designed for people who are ND, its taken me a day to figure how to find stuff and i still dont understand it completely.

I appreciate that everyones need are different, however my suggestions below are for baisc display to ensure ease of clarity for all.

  1. Today - visual list of tags
For someone thats never used this app before this has no context as to what and why its at the top. I believe reversing the fonts on Today and the text above would help. However, you may not know what you are looking for falls under which tag and would personally not have at top.

  2. Compact view and clarity of section
Each section is over complicated which makes the screen look busy and takes time to understand what you are seeing.
I would highlight the subject/topic word ( Saved Routines, Work, Study, Self Care, etc) and remove the wording underneath or reverse the fonts. I would also suggest to compact the box of each activity/routine to reflect only name and time. Examples attached

Also, I want to be able to search/scroll through my routines which I can’t do unless I select a tag, then select either routine or activity then remove the tag. Why is this now so complicated ?!

Happy to support with 1-2-1, feedback if needed. I believe the app has huge potential as it is what we need to support a very complex ND profile of people out there, though we need to ensure complexity is available for those that need it and not for those that don’t.

I love the app and think it’s a life saver! I’d love it even more if there was a web-app or an app for Mac as that would help cut down distractions from my phone during work hours.

Android user-

My routines are not condensed and are all spread out as any other activity.

I’d love a set up video that covers features and tips for the android app. The YouTube video is iOS only.

More options for widgets. A big white block looks rather strange on a dark background.

Would also love to see my “any time” tasks appear on the “right now tab” or an option that allows us to decide. Being able to see these tasks on my widget keeps it “in sight” and thus more likely to get done.
