Is it possible to get the ability to be able to reuse “one-off” activities and tasks exactly as set?
As a substitute teacher, I was excited to try this app to organise my days, but the nature of my work means I can’t have a task set to repeat on set days/periods, but would have gladly pay for and continue using the app if I could just be able to set “School A” on the day I need it, and not have to edit the repeated information (addresses, contacts, bell times, etc) as currently it will place the task as a “At Any Time” task, without copying start/finish times and such.
Because of this, I cancelled my subscription during the free trial as it does not suit my needs.
Hi there,
I am not quite sure I understand your suggestion, would you elaborate a bit further?
What are your scheduling needs and when do they differ? (based on schools?)
And how would that ideally be implemented into the app? What would your use of tiimo look like, if everything was as you wish?
Thank you for reaching out - I hope to learn more about your use case!

should make it possible to import calendars from outlook and other calendars
Is it possible to make it easier to categorize personalized activities and routines by creating self-labeled folders to access for reuse?
I have some executive functioning difficulties with cooking/preparing meals and I read an article on how to utilize the app for timing the order & steps in food preparation- which I think is a great idea to build some meal plans. But I think if I were to build a routine for cooking a particular meal. I would like to be able to save them in like a meal plan folder.
I believe this would be able to have many other uses for many other users to differentiate and categorize their saved activity/ routines. Over having the long recently used activities list that scrolls on and is difficult to find if it was used a while ago.
(Maybe the tags could in someway be a shortcut to add them into folders when an activity/routine is newly made-not really necessary but just an idea)
Hi there,
We are working on a nnew and improved search/library function where you can search within your library using tags! At the moment, you can also use tags however they are not as well integrated and used. But - it’s coming! And we can’t wait to share it with you!
This way you can create a custom tag called ‘mealplanning’ for example, and then in the search/library you can see all the plans marked with the different tags.
We will also be seperating the ‘recently’ category, so you can find your recently added plans but you can also mark them as your favorite and thereby put them in a seperate ‘folder’.
So all in all - you have some great ideas, so great that we’re already working on it 🥳💓

About the Notes section:
Having a dedicated section specifically for my non-date-specific tasks with these options would be of significant aid.
Currently, I’m relying on other apps, which adds unnecessary complexity to my workflow.
Hide events that completely
Quickly navigate between days
Keep the date at the top
Probably repeating some other suggestions but so far:
That’s it for now… I’ll be back with more 👀(maybe)
I have just started using the app so I’m sure there are a ton of features that I don’t know about yet, however these are thing currently that are making me not want to renew:
when a task is added to the ‘any time’ section there is an automatic 30 mins added (seems like a lot but fine) then if I start the task/timer, the task is grayed out. Since it’s common to struggle with focus on one thing at a time, I often have two or three things happening at the same time, HOWEVER once this task is grayed out, I think of it as done even though I have not checked it off… which means I forget about it (out of site out of mind) and never come back to it until I review at the end of the day.
there are all day events in my calendar that when they are imported they start with a timer as well, and when I go to the now button that shows up. This has been horrible distacting and just annoying to see. I guess it would be helpful if ‘all day events’ just existed as a note at the top of the day and not a task.
the other thing that has kind of made me want to throw my phone, is that when I go to expand the checklist it almost always goes into editing the item. I love that you have to only click on the task to edit it but maybe just expanding the area for selecting the checklist would make a huge difference. This is on an iOS.
-this is small, but not being able to change to colors on the existing tags (or delete them) is annoying.
Thanks so much!!
I primarily use my Apple Watch as my reminder to start tasks however there are times when I can not start it right away. Would love for it to continue to remind me or have an option of remind me in 5 minutes so that I do not forget about the task
Hey There! Is it possible you can create an options for different routines? Personally I don’t like that everything is in one area and would love to organize my day into more sub sections.
Would it be possible to please add the option for users to organize the activities they have already created in a library with custom tags? The recent tab under activities is not very user friendly as it takes a long time to scroll through random unrelated activities. It would be very helpful to be able to organize activities such as brush teeth, eat breakfast under a custom tag like “morning” so I can easily find what type of task i’m looking for.
It would be super handy if the calendar view had little dots under the date if there’s activities scheduled for that day (similar to apple calendar). That way I could see if there’s something upcoming rather than having to check each day.
Hey there!
My suggestion is a little bit more complicated but, It would be awesome if the app could import data from another app or document.
It’s hard to build a routine from scratch. I believe a lot of users are using Tiimo to finally learn how to be more productive, I may be one of those who will always be a little lazy to add everything I have to do and customize it from scratch too…
Or, maybe, and that’s for the UX Researchers and CS team, built some kind of questionnaire that makes the routine for the users. It could cut halfway…
