I would really love if there was a way to “check off” when I’m completed the activity - after the timer is done so it triggers the next activity to start.

Right now, activities start in the morning even if my schedule is slightly behind. Then I have to adjust the time on all of my routines to make sure they flow accurately throughout the day.

Most of the time, I start ignoring the tiimo notifications because it out of sync with the reality of my day and I have no way of “checking off” a completed activity or routine to start the next one.

Hi,

this makes a lot of sense, and you’re definitely not the first user to mention this. We’re working on a slight re-design so you’re able to mark things as completed manually instead of just time determining if a task is done.

All the best

I could see types of activities or routines being categorized as: flexible (current) (duration, but no time period), planned (current) (duration and locked time period e.g., concrete events like appointments or meetings), and planned 2.0 (duration and time period that is assigned, but flexible and can be pushed back). The differentiation between the two planned categories would allow for automatic postponing of some routines/activities (like work blocks or daily tasks that you want to schedule in), but won’t postpone concrete events like meetings.

That’s smart! Or it could be like a check list with a check all option, so you can reschedule some things but not everything? And if you don’t reschedule an activity, the rescheduled ones update around that blocked off slot? (Is that even possible?)

Hi - how do I see the tasks from my to do list / Notes that I have completed?

Was just coming here to mention this. My routine needs to be somewhat flexible but still maintain the structure I’ve set. Also I made a plan for the weekend, I would love the ability to “move to tomorrow” for the things I don’t get completed on Saturda ☺️

To be able to mark for example 3 tasks and move them on block for example 2 hours back would be great. At the moment I have to do this each time indivitually.

See new suggestion that might help us in this tedious process of updating start duration of tasks:

Could you please add some flexibility in this app? For instance, if there is a thing that out of my control, i need to reschedule all of my plans manually

Its great if you have these features:

  • reschedule task automatically by AI
  • all of tasks are reschedule without changing the duration
